Le Parfait Screw Lids

Comes in a pack of 6, available in three sizes.
The solid centre screw lids serve two purposes.
The first is to hold the lid in place during processing of the jar, and the second is to act as a storage lid once the jar has been opened.
Le Parfait advises that after processing, and after the jar has cooled and sealed, you need to remove the screw band to check the seal on the lid. You would do this in the same way you do all other Mason jar lids: by simply lifting the jar slightly holding it at the rim of the lid.
When you are ready to store the processed jars you can leave the screw lid off if you like.
